About
Family-run home services team working across South Florida since 2009. We take on the jobs most people put off - a leaking shut-off valve, a breaker that keeps tripping, a door that stopped closing in the humidity - and we finish them in one visit wherever we can. You get a written estimate before anything starts, a photo of the finished work, and the same two people on site each time. Licensed, insured, and used to older Florida houses and their surprises.

FAQ5
Most jobs within two working days, and the same day for anything leaking, sparking or locking you out. We call ahead with a two-hour window rather than making you wait in all morning.
